Privacy Policy

This policy describes how TagTroniX ("we", "us") handles information when business users access TagTroniX services, including our electronic shelf label platform and AI connections.

Information we process

• Account and contact information: login identifiers, account details, store and company membership, and information you provide when contacting us.
• Store and service information: product, pricing, label, template and device information and actions requested by authorized users. This information may include personal information if you add it.
• Connection and security information: authorization scopes, sessions, security and operational logs, IP addresses and records of relevant activity.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, provide requested store operations and connections, protect accounts and services, troubleshoot, communicate about support, maintain records and meet applicable obligations.

AI connections and service providers

When you connect an AI assistant and ask it to use TagTroniX, information needed for the requested action can be exchanged with the provider you select. That provider handles information under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also use service providers for hosting, security and operations as needed to provide the service.

Retention

We retain account and store records, security and operational logs, and backups for up to five years. Retention may be shorter when the information is no longer needed, or longer where required by applicable law.

Your choices and requests

You can disconnect an AI connection through the relevant assistant or contact us about account access and authorization. Depending on applicable law and your relationship with the store, you may be able to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. We may need to verify a request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Security

We use access controls and other measures intended to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Do not share account passwords or authentication codes in an AI conversation.
