Contact the TagTroniX team for help with your account, store connection, electronic shelf labels or AI integration.

Contact support

Include your store name, a short description of the issue and any relevant error message. Please do not send passwords, access tokens or payment-card details.

AI connection help

If you are having trouble connecting, tell us which assistant you use and whether you can sign in to TagTroniX. The selected assistant may have its own account and permission requirements.

Label warranty requests

Tell us the label model, identification number, agreement date and what happened; attach relevant photos. For water or freezer damage, include the operating conditions. Our Terms of Service describe the warranty and exclusions.
